Vacarya exists to connect corporate travelers and relocation clients with consistent, comfortable, professionally-managed stays, while empowering a nationwide network of hosts to thrive independently, yet united under one brand.
How We Operate
Built on a Network, Not a Platform
Every Vacarya property is managed by a trained licensee, a local operator who has completed the Vacarya Academy and holds to a single service standard. Healthcare agencies, insurance adjusters, and Fortune 500 HR teams book with us because the experience is consistent, billing is straightforward, and we handle multi-unit and relocation requests without friction. Across 26 cities in the U.S. and Canada, the same standard applies.

The Foundation
With several years of experience in the short-term rental and corporate housing space, the founders dedicated to spread their knowledge and help other aspiring entrepreneurs jumpstart their corporate housing businesses. We focused on education, systems, and support.

Growth & Expansion
Our client base grew rapidly and we helped over 100 aspiring hosts launch their businesses and they collectively managed a growing collection of 250+ apartments and homes.

We brought operations in-house, unified all listings under a single PMS, and started managing select properties directly to deliver a better guest and owner experience.

Stay Vacarya is Born
We launched StayVacarya: our direct booking platform designed to elevate the guest experience, unify brand standards, and help hosts break free from OTAs.
